Georgia O'Keeffe was correct when she said that the sky and clouds are different in New Mexico. This puffy white beauties floating in the deep blue sky were found in Santa Fe. Photo was taken in iPhone camera and post processed in Snapseed.
I agree totally Kate. This picture made me think of that painting. I have never seen it in person, but it must be magnificent as it is very large, I have heard. Yes, BackyardBird, it is an outstanding place to visit. Thanks to both of you for visiting and commenting on my blog. It is greatly appreciated.
And, this photo definitely reminds me of O'Keeffe's painting of clouds hanging in the Chicago Art Institute. Santa Fe is magical, isn't it?!
ReplyDeleteLovely sky! I remember summer cumulus clouds in Santa Fe when we visited almost 15 years ago. Outstanding place to visit.
